We accept items returned within 21 days of their original shipment date,
as long as the item is in the same as original condition.
Once we authorise your return request you will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Shipping and handling will not be refunded.

will be processed the next business day.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed
during public holidays and busy periods.

If you do not receive a tracking confirmation after 5 business days
from the day you completed your payment,

duties and related customs fees may be charged
once the parcel arrives at the destination country.
